Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium may be added to the final bid amount, which is a percentage of the final bid price.

Bidder Disputes: Any disputes regarding bids or bidding procedures must be submitted in writing to the auctioneer within 24 hours of the close of the auction.

Shipping: Bidders are responsible for any shipping costs and arrangements for items won in the auction as stated per auction listing.

Fraudulent Bidding: The auctioneer reserves the right to take legal action against bidders who engage in fraudulent bidding, including but not limited to bidding without intention to pay, bid manipulation, or collusion.

Termination of Auction: The auctioneer reserves the right to terminate the auction at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Liability: The auctioneer is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by bidders, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the auction takes place. Any legal action arising from these terms and conditions must be filed in that jurisdiction.
