By participating in the auction, bidders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

  11. Liability: The auctioneer is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by bidders, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.

  12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the auction takes place. Any legal action arising from these terms and conditions must be filed in that jurisdiction.
