Before many of these items are auctioned or otherwise liquidated, we make a carefully selected portion available here for immediate purchase through our online store.

This means our inventory is constantly changing. Many products are available in very limited quantities, and once they're gone, they may never be offered again.

Some featured items may later appear in one of our public auction events if they remain unsold, while others may be retired from our inventory altogether.

What kinds of products do you sell?

Because our inventory changes constantly, you'll always find something different. Why are your quantities so limited?

Many products arrive in very small quantities, sometimes only one. Once they're sold, we often cannot obtain another.

If you discover something you like, we recommend purchasing it while it's available.

Do you restock products?

Generally, no. We list products as they become available through our fulfillment and liquidation operations. Once they're sold, they're usually gone.

Curated Finds are products we've selected because we believe they offer exceptional value, uniqueness, or customer appeal. They're some of our favorite discoveries and are updated regularly.

What is Auction Preview?

Auction Preview features products that have been selected for inclusion in one of our upcoming auction events.

While they're listed in our store, you have the opportunity to purchase them immediately at the listed price. If the item sells here, it will not appear in the auction.

If you're interested in an item, purchasing it now guarantees you won't have to compete during bidding later.

What are Mystery Boxes?

Mystery Boxes contain a surprise assortment of products selected from our current inventory. Every Mystery Box is carefully assembled to provide more value than the purchase price, making them a fun way to discover something unexpected.

Can I choose what's inside a Mystery Box?

No. Mystery Boxes are intentionally random and assembled using products from our current inventory. The surprise is part of the experience.

Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, no. Because many of our products are available in limited quantities, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The first completed checkout secures the item.

Absolutely. If you're looking for something specific, send us a message. While we can't guarantee we'll find it, we're always interested in knowing what our customers are searching for.

Product Information

Are the photos of the actual item?

For one-of-a-kind, collectible, or pre-owned items, we typically photograph the actual item you'll receive.

For factory-sealed products, we may use manufacturer images or professionally created lifestyle images without opening the original packaging. Whenever practical, we also include actual product photos.

Why do some listings use lifestyle or AI-generated images?

Some listings include lifestyle or illustrative images to help demonstrate how a product may look in use or on display.

These images are intended to complement the listing and are never used to intentionally misrepresent the item being sold. Whenever practical, actual product photos are also included.

How do you describe condition?

Each product listing includes an individual condition description appropriate for that item. Pre-owned items will include any notable wear or imperfections whenever possible.

Do you inspect products before shipping?

Yes. Every order is visually inspected before being carefully packed and shipped to help ensure you receive the correct product in the condition described.

Are pre-owned items cleaned?

Whenever practical, pre-owned items receive basic cleaning before shipment. Certain collectible items may intentionally retain their original patina because many collectors prefer them in original condition.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll gladly cancel it.

Once your order has entered our packing and shipping process, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, although we'll always do our best to accommodate your request.

We do not offer price matching. Because our inventory comes from a variety of unique sources and is often available in limited quantities, pricing reflects the opportunity available at the time each item is listed.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We work to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes assessed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested because you've changed your mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made an error or an item was significantly different from its description, we'll work quickly to make it right, including providing a full refund when appropriate.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
