Shipping Policy
At US Auction Warehouse, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Whether you're purchasing a collectible, a specialty product, or one of our Curated Finds, our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and in the condition described.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Within the United States
We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers selected based on the size, weight, destination, and service level appropriate for your order.
Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier begin after your order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers in many countries around the world.
International orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, after which delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.
These fees, if applicable, are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Because customs procedures vary by country, international shipments may occasionally experience delays that are outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
This may occur because products are fulfilled from different warehouse or fulfillment locations, require different packaging, or ship using different carriers.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will receive its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you as each package is dispatched.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can usually accommodate requests before an order enters processing.
Once an order has entered our fulfillment and packing process, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. However, we'll always do our best to assist whenever practical.
Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. US Auction Warehouse is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue whenever possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item before contacting us.
Shipping Promotions
From time to time, US Auction Warehouse may offer free shipping or other shipping promotions during special events.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping promotions apply only during the promotional period and are subject to the specific terms of that offer.
