Returns & Refund Policy

At US Auction Warehouse, we want you to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse and strive to accurately describe every product we sell.

If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Please review the following policy before placing your order.


30-Day Return Policy

Most products purchased from US Auction Warehouse may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and components whenever applicable.
  • Not be damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer use.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product simply isn't what you expected.

If you wish to return an item because you've changed your mind:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must arrive back in its original condition before a refund can be processed.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from their description.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Clearance merchandise
  • Closeout items
  • Final Sale items
  • Consumable products
  • Personal care items
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel
  • Gift cards (if offered in the future)
  • Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable

These exceptions will always be clearly identified on the product page.


Incorrect or Not as Described

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its listing description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the situation, we may request photographs or additional information to help us understand the issue.

If we determine that the item was materially different from its description or that we made an error, we'll gladly provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (when available)
  • A partial refund
  • A prepaid return label
  • A full refund

Our goal is to resolve these situations fairly and promptly.


Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Photographs of the damaged item.
  • Photographs of the shipping box.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • A brief description of the damage.

Please do not discard the packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require additional documentation.


Wrong Item Received

If we accidentally shipped the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible.

We'll work quickly to correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.


Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please verify the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.
  • If you're still unable to locate the package, contact us and we'll gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team.

In most cases, we'll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) to help ensure your return is processed correctly.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.


Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges for international shipments.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges paid to your country's customs authority cannot be refunded by US Auction Warehouse.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay customs fees, any refund issued may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping charges.
  • Carrier fees.
  • A 20% restocking fee, when applicable.

Our Commitment

Every product that leaves our warehouse is visually inspected before shipment.

Because much of our inventory comes from fulfillment, liquidation, closeout, and specialty sourcing channels, many products are available only in limited quantities and cannot be replaced once sold.

If something goes wrong, we'll always work with you in a fair, reasonable, and timely manner to find the best possible solution.
