HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN AN AUCTION EVENT

1. Create an account - You may create an account from the top of the site.

2. Go to a "LIVE" item you are interested in bidding. Live items are items that are open for bidding. You can do this by going to one of the navigation links in the home page or any of the category links available on the top or bottom of the site. You may also our search bar at the top of the page.

3. Minimum Bid Amount - is the allowed next bid on the item. Most items start at $1 and increments (next allowed bid amount) depends on the items on offer.

4. Automatic Bidding - To successfully win an auction, you may place the maximum amount you want to place on an item and let the system make the MINIMUM required bid for you automatically to keep you as the higgest bidder on the item. The last automatic bid will not exceed the MAXIMUM amount you have placed for the item. You may place any number of manual or automatic bids on any items while it is still LIVE.

5. CHECKING HIGHEST BIDDER - After make a bid, click on the Bidders link to see if you placed a winning bid.

6. VIEWING YOUR BIDS - You may see the items you bid on and your bid history from your account page. You will also see the items you are currently winning from this page. Please go to the top of the page and click on your name to view your bid account info/bid history. It should take you to a page like below

7. PAY FOR YOUR WINNINGS - Our company uses a secure online payment system that encrypts your information and no information is stored or saved in the server so transactions are safe and secure. After the auction closes, our system will send you an email for each item you won separately. You may use any credit card, debit card, paypal or echeck to make your payments. You have 3 days to make a payment or else the item will be canceled and awarded to the next highest bidder or sent to the next auction event.
